Interpreters and translators in all languages face similar demands, aggravations, as well as rewarding gratifications from their day-to-day work. But as technology makes new inroads into courtrooms and proceedings, greater skills are required in areas beyond the face-to-face mediation that enables two parties to communicate when they do not speak or understand the same language.
